• Irritability
• Blurry vision. It is caused by the increasing blood volume that causes a swelling of the lens of the eye.

It's rather easy to see why these symptoms might be seen as something other than diabetes. There are several daily conditions that could lead some of these symptoms. For instance the stress of daily life can cause to fatigue or irritability and also depression which can also cause weight loss. Any number of minor illnesses like colds or the flu can also cause diabetes like symptoms.

As our diabetes gets even worse so will these symptoms. Another thing to keep in mind is that unlike symptoms associated with other illness in normal life these diabetes symptoms will not just go away.
